AstroKundli Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10. Last updated: 17 October 2026.AstroKundli ("the app") is an astrology app published by SV Tech, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the app, and how you can delete everything. Contact: svtechllpsupport@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: the mobile number you sign in with. We send a one-time code by SMS to verify it.
- Birth details you enter: name, gender, date, time and place of birth (a city you choose; we do not read your GPS location). You can add profiles for family members.
- Your questions to the astrology chat and the answers you receive.
- Usage and device information: language, app version, daily usage counters, and a device identifier so we can keep your account secure.
- Advertising identifier used by Google AdMob to show ads in the free version.
Why we use it
- To calculate your kundli, horoscope, panchang and match reports.
- To keep your kundlis saved so you can open them on any phone after signing in.
- To answer your chat questions and keep the service safe (prevent abuse).
- To show ads and to manage the paid plan.
Who processes data for us
- Google Firebase Authentication: verifies your mobile number by SMS code.
- Our hosting provider (servers and database in Singapore): stores your account and kundlis.
- VedAstro API: receives birth date, time and place only, to compute classical indications.
- Anthropic (Claude): receives your chat question together with computed chart facts to write the answer. We do not send your name or phone number.
- Google AdMob and Google Play Billing: ads and subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Security logs contain no birth data or chat text and are kept for a limited time.
Your choices
- Delete your account any time inside the app: Me, then Account, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account, saved kundlis and chat history.
- You can delete single profiles from the Me screen, and ask us for a copy of your data at the email above.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.

Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app.
